I couldn’t stand it seeing Sam this way.
He looked sad and lonely. When I was talking to him he just kept quiet…avoiding my look.
It took me a couple of days to find out what’s bothering him.
He’s found a quote on a parchment “The mind can be a powerful tool. In creating your own personal fantasy. There are no limits to where you can take yourself. Just sit back, close your eyes and imagine what you would like to be doing…”
First I didn’t understand… He seemed depressed and angry, threatened, confused. Nearly choking on his own words he told me “Sometimes fantasies are not enough, Mister Frodo…”
Could it be that … ??? “That’s more than true, Sam…”
He wanted to do something though he didn’t know how …This time he doesn’t look away.
When our lips gently touch I know what I always knew …
