Today – looking down (I’m actually sitting on my roof) – you should see the magic of the sun today. All yellow, pink and orange. What a Sunday. I think I’ll do some gardening today – yes, yes, Sam arrived *giggles* My favourite place of the world is the Shire I said yesterday.

The Shire is right here, you’re joining me on my roof. Home is where the heart is it is said. That’s so true.

Some people are dissatisfied with so many things– I would say they waste their time. You can discover DAILY something important, beautiful and lovely. The first bees are humming, this means we’ll have some fruits on our trees. Birds are chirping – there’s nothing to compare with.

Writing some words to a friend – notice: I am able to send them to a friend because there IS a friend.

Strolling though LJ land – discovering wonderful posts with lovingly written words, gorgeous pictures – leaving a comment, receiving little thanks and much much more.Could I ask for more?

No. My Shire is right here, I’m living in it. And you are part of it!

You can choose whether to live your life as an Optimist, or as a Pessimist...
In my humble opinion, it's the Pessimists of this World, who really miss out on so much !!

Us Optimists will always see the Good in everything, and thus enjoy Life so much better....
We are less prone to Depression, and we get things done !!
We are the ones who change what is wrong, instead of moaning about it, and that is a Good Thing !!

I'm glad you liked my post about FOTR, by the way ( come back for the next two installments through March !! )- it always makes me smile if I've given someone else a lift, with something I've posted !!!

I agree with your way of seeing things. We sometimes tend to forget little joys we experiment daily, too preoccupied looking for the absolute happiness. If we think about it, little joys are more numerous.

And I'm so glad you've got that roof. Sitting on your roof reminds me of Frodo in fanfics, who is often seen sitting in the oak that grows over Bag End: you both get so much out of feeling connected to nature: up in the leaves, seeing the sky, smelling the grass, listening to the wind move through it. You are a pair!
