You keep me awake at night,

Finally falling asleep

You’re still waiting

In my dreams.

I want to run

Into your arms

To collide with your heart

To explode into your soul.

The day you caught my attention

Your shirt was crumbled

Water passed through your shoes

And the stars

Through your soul…

Laying here

With you in my arms

On a blanket

While watching the stars

I know

I don’t have to learn

How to give out love –

But to let it come in.
