And I feel the quiet stillness of your loving presence.

Snuggling up carefully … my head on your chest …

listening to your heartbeat ... steady and firm..

it amazes me how someone can make me feel this way.

Fantasy and love have something very much in common…

 

I wake from dreaming as you whisper ‘good morning’

Softly playing with my hair.

It’s wonderful to be here in this place…

No rain in Rome in weeks?? Oh my, you must be feeling like a grilled chicken.

Rome is a great city, but in summer is like hell in terms of temperature. It seldom rains (usually 7 - 10 days in the whole summer) and it's always around 35°, sometimes even peaking at 38° - 40°. And often very humid too! In the last few years Italy became a tropical country!
