Honestly the only way you can tell he's older is because his face is a bit leaner. He looks just the same otherwise.

Dom told an interviewer that he thought it was hilarious that Elijah was 30 yrs old -- "he looks 17!" I'm not sure if Elijah appreciated that, but he Will when he's 40 and looks 21!
