Good morning my friends,
it seems a big storm is howling all over the world. At the moment it seems to be right here...
I hope you are all save and healthy.
So here is a quote I love very much
Moreo than true.
I'm glad my husband and I could rescue more than 30 cats so far... some of them were old, all of them were ill but all of them were unique and soooo grateful.
At the moment we are living with 12 cats (the oldest - Lily - is now 14, then comes Mia - she's 13 and the younges - Zausel and Fienchen are 3 yeards old.) and there is always a little place for a little animal who needs it... We are going to the animal shelter next weekend - we learned that there is an old cat (about 12 years) with kidney disease ... she would fit perfectly to our family.
And now have a happy Tuesday. I'll spend some time with my cats until I have to leave - they tell me at the moment: cats come first!
And what do I say?

My dad told me once "be good to people and be good to animals"... I try to live this and it feels sooo good!

it's always good to listen to the wisdom of parents.....i remember one time when i was decrying the church we belonged to, he said to me:
people fail, they are imperfect. But the truth is always the truth. Don't lose sight of that.
it was a bit of wisdom i needed, not only in terms of my religion, but really in terms of *life*. Find the truth, set your sight upon it and do not pay more mind than is necessary to the imperfection around you. Strive only for your own perfection.
Thanks, Dad. Twenty years you've been gone and you're still teaching me......

I always talked to my little Mewsette. She was quite vocal sometimes, and we'd have whole conversations. They wouldn't make much sense to anyone else, but they were our way of being together.
