When dreams are real

I once held what I dreamed and touched illusion
so real it seemed touching the vision
I was able to find 
that wich is sought by all human kind
while dreaming still with eyes closed tight
I found love
my world filled with light
my spirit soared
my life was changed
from the real world I was estranged
The dream continued far too long
I knew it in my heart it must be wrong
but know I conviced the dream was real
I broke all the rules with impulsive zeal
my eyes open now fully wide
the image lost - the dream had died
but the MEMORIES live within my soul.
