Another morning, cold and sunny, is waiting for us. It's weekend! Only 8 hours to work and then let's the magic of this wonderful Friday beginn :-))

I'll be alone at home tomorrow that means lots of time for gardening (I can't wait digging and cleaning my little Shire garden), writing and READING!

Is that a pic from your yard??? It's GORGEOUS!

I worked in mine yesterday. Planted some coleus in a shady area and some wave petunias in a semi-sunny spot. I don't have many sunny spots, frankly.
I love coleus but we get a little hot and dry for it. My hubby wants to try ferns in the shade but BOY would we have to water them CONSTANTLY in the summer!

No, it isn't my yard, but my yard looks like that in summer!
I love petunias and coleus!!! And larkspur, lilac, roses, ferns (I have lots of them), daisies, sun flowers, corn flowers ... oh and I got 2 little butterfly bushes, they are very VERY tiny but hey, there are still few little leaves growing...
And now, off with me ... shovel and wheelbarrow are waiting!

My weekend was pretty good. I tend to be pretty exhausted when I get home on Fridays and spend much of Saturday sleeping and trying to recover. Was more productive yesterday and today. Back to work in the AM!!

I was able to read through the lovely book you sent me on Saturday - what a treasure it is!! Thank you again for doing that for me - it is so very special and I will enjoy it again and again. *BIG HUGS*
