Seriously, some people are wasting good oxygen by existing. James Herriot ranted several times in his vet books about the way cruel people always seemed to home in on cats.

I can't understand people hurting innocent animals, I never could and I'll never will.
James Herriot, oh yes, his books ... I read them when I was a teenager (a loooong time ago).
He made me smile and laugh, he made me sad and cry as well.
All I can say is - animal are living creatures, they simply deserve respect, love and care!
