for all your wonderful works. I read a lot the last night, ficlets, drabbles, older stories, new ones, birthday posts, poems ...
I'm deeply touched by every single work/word ...
I've found few quotes - they all reminded me on you, I laughed, I cried, I giggled, I chew my nails, I held my breath and I simply felt overwhelmed...
But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling like dew upon a thought, produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions, think
Lord Byron
All good writing is swimming under water and holding your breath.
F. Scott Fitzgerald
Keep in mind that the person to write for is yourself. Tell the story that you most desperately want to read.
Susan Isaacs
Fill your paper with the breathings of your heart. ~William Wordsworth
I'll come back to every single story, you can be sure. Maybe it will take a little while. At the moment I'm too moved to write.
Have a wonderful day, my dears
Love,
Julchen

Date: 2008-05-28 05:16 am (UTC)From:And I don't think there is anything that has turned more of us former-readers-converted-to-writers than this:
Tell the story that you most desperately want to read.
How beautifully put, for none of us write for profit, merely from love.
Thank you so much for continuing to be an inspiration with your enchanting pictures and beautiful words. *gives you warm hug*

Date: 2008-05-28 05:19 am (UTC)From:I just finished your last story and yes, I can feel the love and your heartbeats. That's why the stories I read so far are so very good.
It's simply the love, the love for words as well as the love for the characters.
*hugs you back gently*

I think that is very wise advice! :-)
Hmmm, it's been raining a lot here, and I think we might still have some thunderstorms to come ...
And how is your little "cat burglar" today? ;-)

Date: 2008-05-28 08:46 pm (UTC)From:It's so very hot here, it feels like high summer, you can't move that much without sweating. But Josh doesn't care! "I'm first" - that's his favourite "quote", LOL.
He just got cleaned, meowing "I'm ready for the night" and now he's sleeping in the hay.
Good boy. Until 5 a.m. - it's my alarm clock daily ... and I love to get up at this time.
I wish you could hear the bird's concert here, it's amazing day by day.
*hugs back*
